Job Title: Equipment Operator

Location: Von Ormy, TX 78073

Duration: 12 Months

Pay Rate: $18 - $20 per hour

Work Rotation: 15 days on / 6 days off (rotation)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for delivering safe, efficient, and reliable PSD services to customers
• Ensure job deliverables are accurate and completed on time
• Participate in pre-job meetings and Toolbox talks with crew members
• Maintain equipment in good and safe working condition per company standards
• Report equipment issues, defects, or deviations immediately
• Ensure individual safety and crew safety at all times
• Prepare equipment for rig-up and rig-down operations
• Operate equipment according to competency level and job requirements
• Wear required PPE and comply with all HSE policies and procedures
• Maintain all required safety training and certifications
• Assist field and maintenance crews with equipment preparation and operations
• Identify opportunities to improve service delivery
