This role combines technical proficiency with business understanding to ensure system reliability and performance. Key responsibilities include: collaborating with stakeholders to enhance business capabilities, managing system configurations, and overseeing business process flows. The consultant will stay current with finance application trends and utility industry best practices to implement innovative solutions. Working alongside the ERP Technical Manager, they will also develop Help desk procedures and maintain comprehensive documentation of systems, service level agreements, and support protocols.
