We are seeking a talented and experienced Infor LN/Factory ERP Support Analyst to join our IT team and provide on-site support at our Valdosta GA manufacturing facility. As an ERP Support Analyst, you will be responsible for managing and working with the business team to resolve IT related support tickets. You will collaborate closely with key stakeholders to understand requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into effective technical solutions using Infor’s ERP solutions
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business analysts, end-users, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, define specifications, and design solution architectures.
- Design, develop, and customize solutions within the Infor ERP cloud suite to meet business requirements, including modules for financial management, supply chain management, manufacturing, CRM, and HCM.
- Develop and maintain integrations between Infor ERP and other systems, databases, and applications to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.
- Customize and configure Infor ERP modules, workflows, and business processes to align with organizational needs and industry best practices.
- Perform system analysis, troubleshooting, debugging, and optimization to ensure the stability, performance, and scalability of Infor ERP solutions customized for Jacuzzi.
- Perform user maintenance activities including user provisioning and updating standard and custom roles while adhering to Segregation of Duties (SOD) guidelines.
- Keep abreast of the latest updates, patches, and releases for Infor ERP solutions, and apply necessary updates and enhancements to optimize functionality and security.
- Provide technical guidance, support, and training to end-users, administrators, and other IT staff members on Infor ERP system usage, best practices, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Document technical designs, development activities, configurations, and customizations for knowledge sharing, training, and future reference.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, operations, and business units to drive continuous improvement and innovation in ERP solutions and business processes.
- Adhere to established development methodologies, coding standards, and IT governance policies to ensure quality, consistency, and compliance in all deliverables.
- Collaborate with Infor Global Support and CareFor Services to ensure Jacuzzi support issues are triaged and resolved in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in LN cloud suite support and development, with a focus on Infor ERP solutions
- Must have previous Infor/LN experience.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality, scalable, and reliable ERP solutions on time and within budget
- Knowledge of manufacturing industry-specific regulations, standards, and best practices relevant to ERP systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Proficiency in programming languages and technologies commonly used in Infor ERP development, such as SQL, EDI, Java, JavaScript, HTML, XML, and RESTful APIs.
Compensation: $78,000 + based on experience
