Responsibilities: • Experienced in Core HR design and delivery, including conversions, integrations, reporting, testing, and downstream impacts across HCM modules. • Proactively identifies risks, dependencies, and opportunities, driving resolution and alignment before issues impact delivery. • Collaborates effectively with functional, technical, and business stakeholders to develop scalable, end-to-end solutions that meet client objectives. • Proven client-facing lead capable of guiding discussions across workstreams and driving integrated, cross-functional solutions. • Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold the firm's respectful and courteous work environment. Qualifications: • A minimum of 6 years of experience • Oracle-certified in both Core HR and Onboarding. • Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field from an accredited college/university • Strong verbal and analytical skills with the ability to write at a publication quality level • Preferred experience in construction or highly unionized workforce • Experience guiding clients towards best practices • Must have 4 full cycle Oracle HR multi-module implementations Prefer experience with implementations for over 20,000 employees KPMG LLP ("KPMG") seeks a contractor in the United States to provide service to KPMG through one of our contracted employer/agency service providers.
