This highly visible role will influence how Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, and HR work together, ensuring that our ERP platform becomes the backbone of our future growth. This role will work closely with our system integrator.As the central point of contact, this individual will be responsible for co-planning, managing and executing phases of the ERP projectincluding requirements collection, system design, data migration, testing, training and go-live stabilization.We are looking for a diplomatic, collaborative leader who can balance business process knowledge with ERP technical insight, build consensus among stakeholders, and drive measurable results. The role requires someone to learn and understand both the business and technological side of our business with demonstrated background working with cross-functional teams and our System Integrator.The position is located at our Headquarters in Stoughton, MA with a hybrid option and will report to the VP, Operations. This is a long-term project-based role with full benefits.In more detail, you will:Lead the end-to-end ERP implementation project, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation and execution.Define project scope, objectives, success criteria, and ensure delivery on time, on budget, and within scope.Establish and maintain project governance structure, steering committee updates and executive reporting.Collaborate with cross-functional leaders (Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, IT, HR, etc.) to align ERP capabilities with business needs.Act as a bridge across functions, facilitating alignment, resolving conflicts, and driving timely decision-making.Manage third-party vendors, consultants, and implementation partners to ensure accountability and performance.Oversee all major milestones: requirements gathering, system design/configuration, data migration and validation, system integration, and training.Ensure accurate documentation of current- and future-state business processes, workflows, and system configurations.Develop and manage risk/issue logs, change control processes and mitigation strategies to keep the project on track.Partner with business leadership and HR to design and execute a change management and communication plan.Oversee end-user readiness, training, and post-go-live support to drive adoption and minimize disruption.Handle administrative workflows, documentation, reporting, and coordination activities in support of ERP initiatives.Facilitate workshops, user acceptance testing (UAT) and business readiness reviews.Ensure the ERP system delivers measurable business value across financial visibility, supply chain efficiency, and operational excellence.Other projects as assigned.Who you are:Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Finance or related field (MBA or PMP certification preferred).7+ years of project management experience, with at least 35 years leading multiple tier 1 ERP implementations, Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience is requiredProven success managing multi-phase, multi-million-dollar projects.Prior experience working with System Integrators with proven partnership experience requiredWhat you have done/essential to the role:A collaborative, hands-on leader who can move seamlessly between executive discussions and tactical execution.Skilled at negotiation, consensus building, and managing diverse stakeholders with diplomacy.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple competing priorities.A problem solver who thrives at the intersection of business transformation and technology enablement.Strong knowledge of ERP systems and how they support Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, and HR.Ability to balance technical ERP knowledge with strong business process understanding.Excellent communication, facilitation, collaboration and stakeholder management skills.Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and third-party vendors.Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid).Excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation skills.Strong problem-solving, risk management, and decision-making capabilities.Comfortable executing day-to-day administrative functions, including documentation management, scheduling, status reporting, data entry oversight, and cross-functional coordination.Level of responsibility:Interact independently with internal and external parties, has the knowledge to make independent decisions.Supervisory responsibilities:This position does not supervise employees.Physical demands:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
