ERP Project Manager (SAP to Epicor Kinetic Migration, Manufacturing ERP Transformation )

Title : ERP Project Manager (SAP to Epicor Kinetic Migration, Manufacturing ERP Transformation ) Location : Jefferson , MO(hybrid) JD : Hybrid with up to 50% travel to MO ERP Project Manager to support a manufacturing client undergoing a migration from SAP to Epicor Kinetic following a divestiture and organizational restructuring. This role will lead coordination across IT, manufacturing, warehouse, finance, and integration teams to support a fast-moving ERP transformation initiative. The ideal candidate has experience leading ERP migrations in manufacturing environments, particularly SAP-to-tier-two ERP transitions, and can manage aggressive timelines, vendor coordination, and operational change management. Key Responsibilities Lead ERP migration project activities from SAP to Epicor Kinetic Coordinate cross-functional teams across IT, operations, finance, and warehouse functions Manage timelines, risks, dependencies, and executive communication Support integration planning across APIs, Boomi, warehouse, and transportation systems Partner with internal SMEs and Epicor implementation teams Drive change management and implementation readiness activities Required Qualifications ERP project management experience in manufacturing environments Experience supporting SAP, Epicor, Oracle, or Infor implementations Background in ERP carve-outs, divestitures, or post-acquisition transitions Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Experience managing complex integrations and operational dependencies Preferred Qualifications Epicor Kinetic experience SAP MM/PP or variant configuration exposure Manufacturing or industrial operations background #J-18808-Ljbffr
