As a senior member of the PMO, you will have the autonomy to drive complex ERP workstreams that directly influence production efficiency and supply chain logistics. The organization is currently investing heavily in its technological infrastructure, offering a professional environment where process-driven leadership and technical expertise are highly valued. It is an ideal role for an ERP specialist who enjoys managing large-scale deployments and shaping the long-term standards of a growing PMO.We are looking for a Senior ERP Project and Program Manager with over seven years of experience to oversee the end-to-end execution of large-scale ERP initiatives. This role is central to our PMO activities, requiring a leader who can define and manage project scope while maintaining rigorous schedules within MS Project. You will be responsible for resource and capacity management through IFS, ensuring all dependencies and milestones are tracked with precision. The position demands a high level of governance, including the management of RAID logs, change control processes, and CRIM functional reviews. In addition to traditional waterfall methodologies, you will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, maintain Jira hygiene, and oversee deployments across IFS and C1 environments. Success in this role is defined by the ability to obtain formal delivery sign-offs, track budget and delivery metrics, and maintain an exceptional standard of communication and stakeholder reporting.Required Skills:Minimum of 7 years of Project/Program Management experience specifically focused on ERP implementations and upgrades.Expert proficiency in MS Project for complex scheduling and critical path management.Hands-on experience with IFS ERP for resource planning, capacity management, and system deployments.Proven track record in RAID management, change control, and defining project scope for enterprise-level systems.Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies including Daily Scrums, Council Meetings, and Sprint Reviews.Technical expertise in Jira hygiene and SharePoint document classification and updates.Ability to lead CRIM functional reviews and manage deployment cycles in C1 environments.Strong financial acumen for budget tracking and the development of executive Steering Committee decks.Bonus/Soft Skills:PMP, Prince2, or Agile certifications (CSM/PSM).High level of responsiveness with a commitment to 24-hour email turnaround and 48-hour escalation follow-ups.Experience in manufacturing or durable goods industries.Disciplined approach to action item closeout and PMO process improvement.Strong background in benefits realization and value tracking for large-scale IT investments.Welcome to ConsultNet, a premier national provider of technology talent and solutions.
