Summary Responsible for providing technical leadership in the administration, configuration, and optimization of the organization’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system including Dynamics 365 Business Central and Human Resources Information System (HRIS) Workforce Go! (WFG). Design, develop, validate, and maintain Power BI datasets, dashboards, and financial reports. Provide system maintenance, troubleshooting, reporting, and enhancement initiatives, supporting Finance, Payroll, HR & other departments utilizing the ERP system. Serve as a primary resource for ERP everyday functionality, system updates, data integrity, & user support while driving process improvements & technology adoption. Responsible for ensuring system configuration, workflows, reporting, & controls align with accounting policy, internal controls, & operational needs. Act as the primary liaison to ensure system stability, accuracy, & scalability. Must have a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and proof of personal auto insurance. Must pass credit, background, & driver record check. Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four‑year college or university in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field. Five or more years of experience in ERP administration, financial systems management, or related roles. Strong understanding of accounting processes, financial reporting, & internal controls. Experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central, Power BI, & HRIS platforms preferred. Skills & Abilities Advanced proficiency with ERP systems. Strong Power BI skills, including data modeling & visualization. Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications & SharePoint. Familiarity with security roles, workflows, & integrations. Knowledge of accounting principles & standards with ability to analyze & interpret fiscal & accounting records. Knowledge of Finance, Payroll, & HR business processes with ERP environments. Knowledge of data integrity practices, compliance requirements, & system audits. Knowledge of project management methodologies & practices. Skilled in communicating effectively to translate technical concepts for non‑technical users both orally & in writing. Skilled in establishing & maintaining effective working relationships. Skilled in ERP configuration, security roles, reporting, & integrations. Ability to troubleshoot system issues & implement effective solutions. Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects & priorities. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Serve as system owner for Dynamics 365 Business Central (Mission ERP) & WFG from a Finance governance perspective. Administer & maintain ERP configuration. Coordinate with IT admins on licensing, environments, integrations, access management, & platform‑level changes. Ensure reporting accuracy through reconciliation to the general ledger & closed‑period controls. Design & maintain workflows, approvals, & segregation of duties to support internal controls & audit readiness. Manage user access & permissions in alignment with organizational roles. Provide end‑user training, documentation, & knowledge transfer related to ERP & reporting tools. Coordinate system releases, updates, testing, & change management. Support planning & implementation of future ERP modules & system enhancements. Follow all policies, procedures, & directives of Goodwill assuring safety of personnel & property. Maintain agency confidentiality. Violation of confidentiality is cause for immediate dismissal. Comply with all health, safety, & fire standards & all local, state, & federal regulations (WISHA & OSHA). Other duties as assigned.
