Technical Leader For Systems ArchitectureOur client is looking for an experienced, highly hands-on technical leader to take ownership of and continuously strengthen the systems architecture underpinning their ecommerce, ERP, warehouse, and fulfillment operations. This is not a purely managerial or vendor-governance role; it's a true builder/architect position for someone who enjoys solving complex problems where software, data, and operational execution meet.In this role, you'll be the technical anchor for the organization, directly architecting and configuring NetSuite ERP, working within the Magento/Adobe Commerce codebase, shaping warehouse and fulfillment integrations, and developing the data/analytics foundation that supports decision-making across Finance, Operations, and Marketing.Key Focus Areas:Build and maintain REST/SOAP API integrations, middleware, and ETL workflows (Celigo or custom integration layers)Design and implement real-time ERPWMS integrations, scanning/barcoding tools, and automation for slotting, pick-path efficiency, cycle counts, and returns processingOwn database management including SQL optimization, indexing, and data modelingBuild BI dashboards and reporting systems, working directly with Finance and OperationsArchitect, configure, and customize NetSuite ERP using SuiteScript, workflows, saved searches, and SuiteTalk APIsDesign scalable data architecture for customer LTV modeling, SKU-level demand forecasting, inventory intelligence, margin analysis, and channel attributionWork directly in the Magento/Adobe Commerce codebase (PHP, module customization, extensions) to optimize performance and lead secure API integrations for payments, inventory, and shippingOwn cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure or equivalent), CI/CD pipelines, disaster recovery, and security including PCI compliance, endpoint protection, and vulnerability monitoringThis position suits someone who is just as comfortable writing code, troubleshooting production environments, querying databases, and presenting technical direction to senior stakeholders.
