Escrow Officer Apply
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized front-end Escrow Officer to join a dynamic team in Bedford area. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in facilitating real estate transactions by supporting escrow officers and ensuring that all necessary documentation is accurately processed. This position requires a strong understanding of financial services, escrow processes, and relevant regulations.
Duties
- Assist escrow officers in preparing and reviewing closing documents for accuracy and compliance.
- Manage the collection of necessary documentation from buyers, sellers, and lenders.
- Conduct thorough reviews of contracts to ensure all terms are met prior to closing.
- Maintain communication with clients, real estate agents, and lenders throughout the escrow process.
- Must have front-end experience
- Support the underwriting process by gathering required information and documentation.
- Stay informed about TILA (Truth in Lending Act) requirements and FNMA (Federal National Mortgage Association) guidelines.
Requirements
- 2 years of previous experience in escrow.
- Strong understanding of escrow processes, contracts, and relevant regulations such as Fair Housing and TILA.
- No book required
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
