The Escrow Officer will oversee and manage the closing process for commercial or residential real estate transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal and regulatory standards. Responsibilities include preparing escrow instructions, reviewing contracts, coordinating with clients, lenders, and underwriters, and ensuring all necessary documents are in order. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Greater St. Louis, requiring exceptional attention to detail and client service.
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge and experience in Escrow management and Closings
- Familiarity with Underwriting processes and Title Insurance
- Excellent Customer Service skills to provide personalized and timely support
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in handling complex commercial or residential real estate transactions
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in the title/escrow industry
