Our client, a successful estate agency area is looking for a hungry individual for their busy Coventry office. Enthusiasm and excellent communication and organisational skills are essential. The candidate will need to work on all elements of the sales process and become a valuable member of their team.
Job Responsibilities
Building and maintaining relationships with both vendor and purchaser
Generating market appraisals
Conducting viewings and conduct pre and post appointment feedback
Cross-selling other services available to customers
Negotiating the sale, achieve best price and deal for both parties
Managing client relationships and ensuring excellent customer service
Keeping up-to-date with the latest property trends and market conditions
The Ideal Candidate
Previous experience working as a Sales Negotiator
Striving to exceed customer expectations whilst always having your own personally and team objectives in mind
Negotiation skills and a natural sales ability is key
Knowledge of the local area
You will be well spoken and well presented
You will be target driven and ambitious
