What You’ll Do:
- Deliver expert legal services in estate planning, business formation, asset protection, and Medicaid or special needs planning
- Review and advise on client intake data and documents gathered by our team

Who We’re Seeking:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Active state bar license in good standing
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in estate planning or related roles
- Medicaid asset protection and special needs planning experience is required
- Ability to independently onboard and manage clients
- Multi-state licensure or reciprocity strongly preferred
