Key Responsibilities
- Provide estate planning, business formation, and asset protection services to Legacy Assurance Plan clients
- Deliver compassionate and knowledgeable legal counsel that aligns with our commitment to client peace of mind
- Collaborate with our team to support clients’ needs through an efficient, client-centered approach
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Active admission to the Pennsylvania State Bar and in good standing
- 3-5 years of experience in estate planning, business formation, or related areas of law
- Familiarity with special needs planning is highly desirable
- Existing private practice
- Experience in Medicaid planning (preferred)
- Reciprocity with neighboring states (a plus)
