We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Manufacturing Estimating Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing accurate cost estimates for new projects, supporting the Sales and Marketing teams with competitive quotations, and ensuring smooth project execution through the New Product Introduction (NPI) process. This is a key position that involves direct engagement with customers, internal teams, and suppliers.Key Responsibilities:Prepare pricing estimates and customer-ready quotationsLead project kickoffs and post-project reviewsCollaborate with customers on design improvements and manufacturabilityAnalyze 3D CAD models and mechanical drawings to determine cost-effective manufacturing methodsDevelop cost estimates for tooling, stamped parts, machined components, and assembliesSupport Sales with technical input and re-quoting effortsParticipate in design reviews to ensure cost-effective production solutionsContribute to continuous improvement in estimating accuracy and processesQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent requiredCompletion of two years of college or a technical degree preferredMinimum 3 years of manufacturing experience, including exposure to Tool & Die or Die DesignStrong understanding of metal stamping and die constructionProficient in Excel and estimating softwareSkilled in interpreting 3D CAD files and mechanical drawingsExcellent communication and analytical skillsJourneyman Tool & Die certification is a plus
