This role works closely with field operations and plays a key part in ensuring projects are accurately bid, well-organized, and successfully executed.ResponsibilitiesPrepare accurate and competitive bids and proposals for residential and commercial flatwork projectsReview and interpret blueprints, specifications, and scope documentsEvaluate and select bid opportunities that align with company goals and capabilitiesObtain material and concrete quotes and prepare submittalsPerform scope reviews and read specification booksBuild and maintain complete job filesAssist with billing and job cost trackingPrepare and distribute drawings and documentation for field crewsProvide day-to-day support to field operations, including problem-solving and coordinationCommunicate with customers, vendors, and internal teams via email and in personConduct regular site visits to active jobsitesQualifications5+ years of experience reading and interpreting construction blueprints3+ years of project management experienceConcrete industry experience requiredEstimating experience preferredStrong numerical and analytical skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneouslyStrong communication skills with the ability to build customer and employee relationships
