Job Description
Collision Repair Estimator

???? Aurora, CO

Kaizen Collision Center in Aurora is a busy, high-volume shop with steady cars coming through the door and a crew who shows up to work. We’re in a new chapter and building this location the right way — strong processes, solid people, and repairs done correctly.

Aurora drivers expect straight answers and quality work, and that’s exactly what we deliver. If you’re an Estimator who knows the flow of a busy shop, can keep jobs moving, and communicates clearly with customers and insurance, this is a place you can settle in and grow.

We’re not about shortcuts or chaos. We’re about consistent work, clear expectations, and backing our team.

The Role

As a Collision Repair Estimator, you’ll handle damage assessments, write accurate estimates, manage supplements, and keep repairs moving through a fast-paced Aurora shop while maintaining quality and customer trust.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Inspect vehicle damage and write accurate repair estimates using industry-standard estimating software

  • Work directly with customers, technicians, and insurance partners

  • Manage repair flow, supplements, and scheduling in a busy shop environment

  • Review completed repairs to ensure safety and quality

  • Maintain strong working relationships with insurance companies and vendors

  • Follow safety and environmental standards

  • Support shop performance and profitability

What We’re Looking For
  • 1–2+ years of collision estimating or auto body experience

  • Solid understanding of repair processes, parts, and estimating systems

  • Organized, dependable, and able to handle a steady workload

  • Strong communication skills — clear, honest, and professional

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

What We Offer
  • Competitive pay + performance incentives

  • Curative Health Plan

    • $0 deductible

    • $0 copays for in-network care & prescriptions

    • After your baseline visit, no out-of-pocket costs — just the monthly premium

  • Dental & vision insurance

  • Paid time off & paid holidays

  • Long-term stability and room to grow as the shop grows

If you’re looking for a busy Aurora shop, steady work, and a team that values doing things right, we’d like to talk.

Apply today and let’s get to work.
