The Opportunity: Join an established industry leader specializing in high‑end commercial projects. As their Estimator, you’ll play a crucial role in bidding on significant projects valued at over $1MM, focusing on metal stud framing, and drywall systems. What You’ll Do: Prepare accurate and competitive estimates for commercial drywall/division 9 packages exceeding $1MM. Collaborate with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to gather essential project details. Utilize On‑Screen Takeoff Software to perform detailed quantity takeoffs and cost analysis. Analyze project specifications and drawings to ensure comprehensive bid proposals. Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience as an Estimator in the commercial drywall and/or commercial plaster sector. Proficiency in On‑Screen Takeoff Software is essential.
