We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our client's team. This role involves estimating concrete restoration and waterproofing work for commercial and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will be integral in securing new business and supporting ongoing operations.

Location: Humble, TX

Key responsibilities include:

• Utilizing Procore estimating software for project cost analysis
• Attending pre-bid meetings and securing subcontractor and material pricing
• Participating in preconstruction and hand-off meetings with operations teams
• Providing additional pricing support during project execution

You will work directly with the Regional Manager, who reports to the executive team, offering opportunities for visibility and growth within the organization.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in the concrete restoration and waterproofing industry
• Fluency in English and Spanish
• Strong integrity and self-motivation
• Excellent communication skills and articulation
• Ability to work in a partially remote environment
• Experience with Procore Estimating software

• Salary range: $65,000 - $90,000 per year
