Estimators x 3 Junior, Senior, and Manager
Constructability currently has three estimating roles we are recruiting.
All are based in Sydney, Newcastle, and the Central Coast.
- Estimating Manager with a Tier Two civil contractor own and run your own Estimating Department
- Senior Estimator - working with one of the best Estimating Managers in the country, is a great opportunity to be mentored to a senior level.
- Estimator base salary of $150k working on roads and civil works in a Tier One business.
We are working closely with three of our favourite civil infrastructure clients whom we trust to look after our people.

Infrastructure is where we are seeing real growth in construction. You should have worked with a civil contractor and are keen to work in a business that wants to attract and maintain the best, paying bonuses, cars, and a higher salary than the competition.
You will lead bids, manage precontracts, and run your own works, while the company offers strong support. You will not be micromanaged.
These Australian-owned businesses are established and would be a great addition to your CV.
Based in Sydney, these are permanent long-term secure opportunities.
Ideally, you will have civil infrastructure estimating experience but any experience on projects including;
- Roads
- Rail
- Water
- Subdivisions
- Mining infrastructure
