Maintain comprehensive estimating logs and unit costs for all projects. Establish and nurture vendor relationships essential to project success. Conduct site surveys and participate in pre‑bid walkthroughs to ensure thorough project understanding. Collaborate closely with sales and project management teams, ensuring projects are executed within budget and align with plans and specifications. Qualifications Associate’s degree in business or engineering. 2–5 years of estimating experience in the HVAC industry with a proven track record. Ability to read and comprehend blueprints and other construction documents. Knowledge of different types of HVAC systems and their components. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Understanding of related trades for coordinating project estimates. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and proficient computer skills. Preferred Skills Bachelor’s degree.
