Kaizen Collision in Golden is hiring a Collision Repair Estimator who knows the work and does things right. This is a steady shop with consistent volume, realistic expectations, and a team that works together.

What You’ll Do

• Inspect damage and write accurate estimates

• Work with customers, techs, and insurance

• Manage repair flow and supplements

• Support safe, quality repairs

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2+ years estimating or collision repair experience

• Strong knowledge of repair methods and parts

• Organized, dependable, and clear communicator

• Valid driver’s license
