Qualifications

• Experience with construction estimating, cost analysis, and project management.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions.
• Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and onsite in Magna, UT.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or relevant field is preferred.
• Experience in asphalt, excavation, grading, or concrete work is a plus.
