Estimator Or Project Manager - Colorado | $110K-$150K Base Salary
A well-established and growing construction firm is seeking a skilled Estimator Or Project Manager to join their Power Delivery team in Colorado. This is a great opportunity for professionals looking to contribute to impactful projects while advancing their careers in a supportive and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop accurate and competitive cost estimates for construction projects
- Interpret blueprints, specifications, and other documents to assess project scope and requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams and subcontractors to ensure project success from pre-construction through completion
- Manage budgets, schedules, and client communications
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in estimation or project management within the construction industry (power delivery experience preffered)
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and industry standards
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Familiarity with estimating and project management software is a plus
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive base salary of $110,000-$150,000
