The Estimator plans, directs, and coordinates project activities to ensure goals of project are accomplished within the prescribed time frame and funding parameters. Responsibilities Prepare and manage estimates for public and private projects; develop cost plans, budgets, and schedules; coordinate with design and engineering teams; analyze drawings and specifications; identify risks and opportunities; and support bid preparation and submission processes.
