This is an active vacancy within our team. The role requires direct, hands-on experience with window wall and architectural glazing systems. General estimating experience alone will not be considered; candidates must have specific experience estimating window wall systems and a solid understanding of high-rise glazing codes and standards. Key Responsibilities Review architectural drawings, specifications, and project documentation related to window wall systems, ensuring compliance with applicable building codes Perform detailed material take-offs and accurately interpret construction drawings Prepare thorough and accurate cost estimates using internal systems and spreadsheets Obtain and coordinate pricing from suppliers and subcontractors for window wall projects Support estimating activities using AutoCAD and Adobe software Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners Report directly to the Operations Manager, High Rise Division Required Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of estimating experience within the window wall or architectural glazing industry Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience working directly with window wall systems (required) Strong understanding of window wall components, installation methods, and industry terminology Excellent mathematical and analytical skills, including precise calculations and take-offs Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple bids independently Strong written and verbal communication skills Additional Information This job posting is for a current open vacancy , not a pool of candidates for future opportunities.
