  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and field crews.

Qualifications

  • In-depth knowledge of construction means, methods, materials, and safety regulations.

  • Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., On-Screen Takeoff, Bluebeam, AccuBid, etc.) and project management software, along with strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Project).

  • Exceptional analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage teams and build relationships with clients, stakeholders and general contractors.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
