We Are Looking For Someone Like You 1-5+ years Estimator experience in Plumbing, HVAC and Process Piping of Institutional, Laboratory, Pharmaceutical, Brewery, Healthcare, and Industrial related projects.Responsible to lead all estimates up to $1M. On larger projects, Estimator will work under guidance of a Senior Estimator.Experience managing multiple, simultaneous projects. Skilled in reading and understanding drawings, specifications, and bid documents. Ability to accurately compile a summary of materials, equipment, and labor. Understand construction field conditions, means and methods, and project schedules. Quickpen / Autobid software experience preferred.Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams, and Bluebeam experience preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. You will be responsible for soliciting, evaluating, and preparing bid proposals in the most attractive manner to general contractors and owners.
