Are you an experienced Cost Estimator, Quantity Surveyor, or Preconstruction Analyst looking for an exciting new opportunity? We are seeking a Project Estimator who can independently organize estimating activities for specific construction projects, focusing on both estimating and preconstruction tasks. Do you enjoy building relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and clients? If so, you might be the perfect fit for our team!

In this role, you will be reviewing and analyzing drawings, specifications, proposals, and other documents. Can you prioritize and organize deadlines for bids? You will also be developing project general conditions and collaborating with the Chief Estimator or Director of Preconstruction. Are you ready to determine vendors and subcontractors for projects? Additionally, you will be setting up and attending pre-bid walk-throughs and identifying all bid items. Do you have experience developing invitations to bid and completing bid forms?
