Walkin Drive at Kochi location on 14th Mar 26.Core Skills & Qualifications:• 3+ years of experience in ETL / Data Warehouse Testing, including validation of source-to-target mappings, transformation rules, and data reconciliation across different data layers.• Strong hands-on experience in writing complex SQL queries for data profiling, transformation validation, and defect analysis (SQL Server / Oracle / Azure SQL).• Experience performing testing for data migration, data integration, and multi-layer ETL pipelines (Raw → Staging → Curated → Fact/Dim).• Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into detailed ETL test scenarios • Familiarity with ETL tools such as Informatica, Informatica BDM, DataStage, Azure Data Factory, or similar.• Good understanding of database structures, data models, Schemas and data quality rules. • Experience using test management and defect tracking tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or HP ALM.• Should have understanding of Test Artefacts• Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate with onsite/offshore teams.• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.Nice to Have / Preferred:• Exposure to cloud data platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Databricks.• Experience validating JSON, CSV, XML-based integration files and API responses using tools like Postman or SOAP UI.• Understanding of test data strategy, data profiling, and workflow optimization.• Awareness of automation concepts or tools related to ETL validation (e.g., TOSCA DI).• Domain experience in Retail, BFSI, Healthcare, or related data-centric environments
