Coordinates utility service upgrades, electrical distribution systems, and charging equipment installations while ensuring integration with existing facility infrastructure in coordination with VP of Engineering. Manages project documentation including contracts, change orders, permits, inspection reports, closeout documents, warranties, and turnover packages. Schedules and facilitates pre‑bid meetings, contractor walkthroughs, and bid evaluations while assisting in the recommendation of qualified contractors and vendors. Oversees procurement and logistics activities for project materials, equipment, and vendor services in coordination with Supply Chain and VP of Engineering. Maintains effective working relationships with stakeholders, contractors, consultants, and utility providers while serving as the primary point of contact for assigned projects. Conducts post‑project evaluations and identifies opportunities for process improvement, value engineering, and implementation of best practices.
