Job Summary

- Evaluate endoscopes and light cables returned for service following standard policies and procedures
- Enter evaluation results into SAP system
- Produce and maintain accurate production records
- Notify appropriate personnel regarding manufacturing material performance issues
- Properly complete all required documentation
- Clean and maintain personal and general work areas
- Work is 100% onsite in Charlton, MA, Monday Friday, 6:00 AM 2:30 PM
- Conduct onsite interviews as part of the hiring process
- Evaluate 150 160 endoscopes per week, assessing and documenting each for regulatory and pricing purposes
- Work in a dirty room environment, using provided PPE (lab coat, nitrile gloves, safety glasses)
- Ensure reports are accurate and detailed for customer and regulatory review, due to pricing impact
- Each unit assessment takes 30 90 minutes
- Job involves 75% sitting, 25% moving between workstations
- Follow detailed instructions, checklists, and cleaning protocols
- Utilize computer skills to work efficiently and meet quality standards
- Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills
- SAP experience preferred but not required
- Candidates from various backgrounds welcome (e.g., managers from coffee shops, fast food, nail salons), especially those good with their hands and detail-oriented
- Little to no prior experience is acceptable if the candidate possesses the required skillset
