We are currently hiring experienced caregivers throughout North County San Diego.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transfers, and mobility assistance.
• Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support.
• Prepare meals and encourage hydration.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Escort clients to appointments, errands, and community outings.
• Assist with dementia and Alzheimer's care when needed.
• Observe and report changes in the client's condition.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment.
• Follow each client's individualized care plan.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of professional or family caregiving experience preferred.
• Compassionate, dependable, patient, and professional.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Home Care Aide (HCA) Registration or willingness to obtain upon hire.
• Negative TB Test completed within 90 days prior to hire, or willingness to complete one within 7 days of hire.
• CPR certification is a plus but not required.
