Have you ever planned an event—perhaps your own wedding—and enjoyed working with vendors and coordinating every detail from start to finish? If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

We specialize in renting event equipment for a wide range of events, including weddings, corporate events, parties, and festivals. The Event & Permit Specialist role requires strong customer service, coordination skills, and sales experience to assist clients in building their orders from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering incoming phone calls
  • Creating quotes and reservations
  • Ensuring accuracy of contract details and event equipment on invoices
  • Following up on quotes
  • Upselling additional services and products
  • Coordinating with delivery personnel
  • Processing permits

As a family-owned business, we value teamwork and sometimes require team members to pitch in as needed.

Requirements:

  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Gmail, QuickBooks)
  • Clean background check
  • Sales experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience as a Permit Processor is a PLUS

Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with occasional Saturdays from 8 AM to 12 PM.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Work Location: In person

Requirements
