Event Marketing Assistant - Hiring Now Tampa, FL On-Site Events Role (1-2 week start date available) An events and promotions business is currently being represented in the search for one Event Marketing Assistant to support in-person marketing campaigns on behalf of a nationally recognised telecommunications provider. This role is based at organised events, pop-up locations, and retail-style promotional spaces where customers learn about connectivity services, upgrades, and current offers through face-to-face interaction. It’s a hands‑on position suited to someone who enjoys working with people, staying active during the day, and being part of a collaborative on‑site team. About the Role The Event Marketing Assistant helps bring campaigns to life by supporting branded event activity and engaging directly with customers. Rather than working behind a desk, the role focuses on real conversations, clear communication, and creating a positive experience for everyone who visits the event. Each campaign is planned in advance and supported by experienced team members, providing structure while still offering variety from day to day. What You’ll Be Doing Represent a nationally recognised telecommunications provider at live, in‑person promotional events. Speak with customers to explain connectivity services, upgrades, and current offers clearly and accurately. Help customers understand how products and services can improve their everyday connectivity needs. Support the setup and presentation of branded event spaces to ensure a professional customer experience. Answer questions confidently and guide interested customers through sign‑ups or next steps. Act as a knowledgeable, approachable point of contact for the brand throughout each event day. Pay & Training Paid weekly. A base level of pay is provided, with additional commission and performance bonuses available. Most people working a full schedule earn around 750–900 per week. Full training is provided before starting, with ongoing support throughout campaigns. Hiring Process Applications are reviewed as they come in. Candidates who progress can expect an update within 3–5 business days.
