Elevate Excavation and Development is seeking an experienced Excavation Foreman to join our team.
The Excavation Foreman will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing excavation projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and according to our high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management:
  • Plan, organize, and supervise excavation projects from start to finish.
  • Ensure projects are executed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with regulations.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
  • Team Leadership:
  • Lead and motivate excavation crews.
  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members.
  • Provide guidance, training, and support to crew members.
  • Equipment Operation:
  • Operate heavy equipment as needed.
  • Oversee equipment maintenance and ensure its proper functioning.
  • Quality Control:
  • Ensure work is performed to meet Elevate Excavation's high-quality standards.
  • Conduct inspections and quality checks to guarantee work meets specifications.
  • Safety Compliance:
  • Promote and enforce safety protocols and practices on job sites.
  • Conduct safety meetings and training as necessary.
  • Communication:
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with project managers, clients, and team members.
  • Report project progress, issues, and changes in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in excavation and construction.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in operating heavy equipment.
  • Excellent knowledge of excavation techniques and best practices.
  • Understanding of safety regulations and protocols.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to read blueprints and project plans.
  • CDL license is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.
00 - $36.
00 per hour
