REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
This positionwill be located in the Office of Academic Clinical Affairs (OACA) Finance Cluster with a client service focus in support of the procurement,accounts payable, and other financial functions.
The OACA is a new Vice Presidential office intended to provide an enhanced focus onthe University's clinical mission, including clinical research and clinical training, and clarity to our community on the University's leadfor clinical work. The OACA is committed to interdisciplinary service, education and research, and is home to key academic units thatfacilitate and drive collaborative clinical research and training. Key units include the Masonic Cancer Center, the Clinical TranslationalScience Institute, the Center for Global Health and Social Responsibility, the Center for Bioethics, 1 Health Simulations Center and a rangeof other programs.
The OACA will also be a key liaison to the Minnesota Department of Health and other state and community leaders,focused on workforce planning and inter-professional clinical training opportunities. The OACA will work closely with M Health Fairview tointegrate health disciplines into the system, in collaboration with system leaders.

- AR Billing

Financial Support & Miscellaneous Duties - 50%
- Scan various documents into PerceptiveContent.
- Run a variety of weekly, monthly, and year end reports.
- Various other duties asassigned.
All required qualifications must be documented on applicationmaterials.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma/GED and four years of general accountstransaction experience. Training may be substituted for some of the years of experience. Specific knowledge/skills may berequired.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products: Word, Excel, etc.
- Demonstrated ability to respond to inquiries (inperson, by phone, or electronically) in a professional manner.
- Experience working independently and as part of ateam.
- Experience using the University's Enterprise Financial System (EFS)preparing and processing accounting and business documents (vouchers, journal entries, billing, requisitions, departmentaldeposits).
- Experience managing weekly, monthly, and year-end processing deadlines along with related workflow items to approved/resolved stage.
- Detail oriented with ability to prioritize multiple tasks, problem solve, and exercise independentjudgment.
- Knowledge of various purchasing policies to ensure compliance for auditing.
- Strong interpersonal skills andability / willingness to work collaboratively in a team environment.
