Job Details Description Manage and prioritize a complex executive calendar Screen and triage communications Manage and prioritize the General Manager’s email inbox, including drafting responses and routing communications appropriately Serve as primary gatekeeper for executive time KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Executive Partnership & Prioritization Manage and prioritize a complex executive calendar Screen and triage communications Manage and prioritize the General Manager’s email inbox, including drafting responses and routing communications appropriately Serve as primary gatekeeper for executive time Provide decision support on sensitive matters Operational Coordination & Follow-Through Track key initiatives, deadlines, and action items Monitor progress and ensure follow-through Coordinate leadership meetings Record and distribute accurate meeting minutes Communications & Reporting Prepare correspondence, presentations, and reports Draft and proofread communications Maintain organized documentation systems Executive Office Management Coordinate meeting logistics and scheduling Assist with occasional travel arrangements Maintain strict confidentiality Technology & Efficiency Support Utilize Google Workspace tools Maintain proficiency in Microsoft Office Leverage AI tools such as Gemini to improve workflow efficiency Qualifications Minimum 4 years supporting senior leadership Strong judgment and prioritization skills Exceptional organization and communication abilities High professionalism and discretion Advanced proficiency with Google Workspace Preferred Skills Experience supporting senior executives Casino or hospitality experience Knowledge of gaming regulations Degree preferred Work Environment On-site role within a dynamic casino resort environment requiring regular interaction across departments. Occasional availability outside normal business hours may be required to support operational needs. License Requirement Must obtain and maintain a Colorado Gaming Support License.
