Executive Administrative AssistantProvide a wide range of administrative and office support to facilitate the efficient operation of the executive team member.Responsibilities:Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emailsCalendar administration including scheduling and coordination of meeting arrangements for the executive team memberPrepare agendas for meetings and prepare schedules, administer minutesOpen, sort and distribute incoming correspondenceProcess document photocopying, faxing and mailingMaintain electronic and hard copy filing system as directedHandle requests for information and dataResolve administrative problems and inquiriesMaintain office supply inventoriesMake travel arrangements if neededSpecial projects as assignedMinimum Qualifications:Min 2 years college degree and 5 years of related work experienceComputer skills and knowledge of relevant softwareExpert in Microsoft office applicationsKnowledge of operation of standard office equipment.Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and systems such as filing and record keepingKnowledge of principles and practices of basic office management
