With manufacturing sites in Germany, the USA, and Malaysia, and a strong focus on innovation, sustainability, and customer-specific solutions, the company is recognized for its high-quality product lines and reliable global service.About the role:The company is seeking a highly professional and detail-oriented individual to provide comprehensive administrative support to its North American Management Team. This role serves as a strategic partner, facilitating internal communication, coordinating cross-regional requests, and supporting company-wide initiatives. The position requires the ability to manage sensitive information, streamline communication platforms, and support leadership with scheduling, travel planning, and documentation.Key Responsibilities: Strategic Tasks:Serve as the primary administrative point of contact for the North American Management Team.Support strategic initiatives by aligning with the company’s value system and communicating priorities across the organization.Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.Coordinate and manage administrative requests from global regions.Administrative & Operational Support:Provide general administrative, clerical, and office support to senior management.Assist in planning, scheduling, and documenting meetings; manage resource conflicts for leadership.Maintain and update internal communication channels (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, intranet).Manage calendars, inboxes, and planning tools for the management team.Organize travel arrangements and prepare expense reports for executives.Support internal communications and company-wide initiatives.Perform other related administrative duties as assigned.Education and Experience: • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience • 5 years plus experience supporting senior level management Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: • Excellent interpersonal communication (Oral and Written). • Active listening, information gathering and processing • Efficiency in executing tasks professionally and thoroughly, with attention to detail. • Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism, integrity, and highest level of confidentiality. • Proactive approach with timelines and resource planning. • Excellent computer skills, including all MS Office/Tools (ideally including Decisions within TEAMS), • Excellent organizational, planning and task management skills. • Must exhibit a high level of attention to detail. • Skills in database management and record keeping. • Able to gather and analyze information skillfully. • Able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks Language Skills: English Spanish a plus German – highly desired Benefits: The company offers medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401k + match, PTO and more.
