Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling meetings, and appointments effectively.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations as required.
- Handle incoming calls and emails, addressing inquiries and directing to appropriate personnel.
- Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, and itineraries for executives.
- Assist with project management tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
- Maintain filing systems and ensure that important documents are easily accessible.
- Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in other administrative roles.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
