The Executive Administrative Assistant provides high-level administrative support to senior executives by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and handling confidential information. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Manage and maintain executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel.Screen incoming calls and emails, prioritize correspondence, and respond or delegate as appropriate.Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.Coordinate logistics for meetings, including agendas, meeting materials, minutes, and follow-ups.Make travel arrangements and process expense reports.Maintain confidential files and records with a high degree of integrity and professionalism.Liaise with internal staff, clients, and external partners on behalf of executives.Assist with project management, research, and special assignments as needed.Support the preparation of board and leadership team materials.Perform general office duties, such as ordering supplies, managing records, and overseeing office equipment.Qualifications:Education: Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.Experience: 3+ years of experience in an executive administrative or executive assistant role.Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.Discretion and confidentiality are a must.Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a deadline-driven environment.Preferred Attributes:Previous experience supporting C-suite executives.Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.Familiarity with project management tools and cloud collaboration platforms.
