Executive Administrative AssistantWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to our President/CEO and the Executive Team. The EAA will manage a wide range of advanced administrative and executive support-related tasks and must be able to work independently within guidelines, maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.ResponsibilitiesThe duties and responsibilities of the position include the following (other duties may be assigned as needed):Provide administrative support to the President/CEO and the Executive Team, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangementsProcess invoices and expense reports in a timely mannerPrepare and review sales reports, presentations, and other documents as requestedConduct research as assignedHandle confidential information with discretion and professionalismQualificationsProven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar roleStrong knowledge of office management systems and sales tools (CRM, MS Office Suite, etc.)Excellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectivelyExceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detailStrong time management skills and ability to meet deadlinesProactive and solution-oriented mindsetExperience with handling confidential information with discretionBachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferredPhysical RequirementsAbility to lift up to 30 lbs., such as office supplies and filesAbility to sit or stand for extended periods of timeOccasional need to travel to off-site meetings or eventsComfort with performing tasks that may involve some physical exertion, such as organizing supplies or setting up meetingsKobrand Corporation offers a competitive salary, performance-based bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package. The base compensation range for this job classification is between $60,000 and $70,000. The determination of what a specific employee in this job classification is paid depends on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, prior employment history, job-related skills and qualifications, and length of service.
