Executive Assistant Client Relations Associate Apply
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Executive Assistant – Client Relations to join our team. This role is pivotal in managing client-related activities and supporting the TxHC leadership team. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn and grow, with a strong ability to organize and communicate effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate meetings for TxHC client-related activities.
- Manage the overall calendar, travel, and expenses for the leadership team.
- Assist in client follow-up activities.
- Attend client and internal meetings related to pursuits and sales, taking action items and following up.
- Collaborate with the Sales Operations team to ensure TxHC opportunities are accurately tracked in the CRM system.
- Perform other executive assistant tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills to effectively secure meetings with external audiences.
- Highly organized with strong follow-up and follow-through abilities.
- Experience in organizing small to medium-sized events and conferences.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Flexible and adaptable to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
- Sales experience is a plus, though not required to be in healthcare or software.
- Willingness to work in the office 100% of the time.
- Ability to start the day early to overlap with colleagues in Eastern Europe.
- Minimal travel required.
