What we need
As the personal assistant to the CEO, reporting to the CPO, you will be responsible to work closely with the CEO and to provide administrative support, on a one-to-one basis. You will often act as the CEO’s first point of contact with people from both inside and outside the organization, covering also Receptionist duties providing clerical and front-desk support across the entire organization. The role includes greeting visitors, taking phone calls, handling correspondence, keeping the reception area clean, ordering catering for various meetings.

Telementum is a platform for investments in the wireless accessories space and is a partnership between McCarthy Capital, a private equity firm headquartered in Omaha, NE, and the management teams of its wireless accessory holdings (Alphacomm + Speck).
Responsibilities
· Managing all phone calls, enquiries and requests and handling them courteously and prioritizing as a matter of urgency.
· Maintaining CEO diary; arranging appointments and taking messages.
· Typing/word processing and filing; devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and archiving.
· Dealing with incoming email and post, often corresponding on behalf of the CEO.
· Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems.
· Arranging Chairman & CEO travel, visas and accommodation.
· Provide general assistance during presentations.
· Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority; liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff.
· Order office supplies and drinks for executive conference room. Support corporate meeting function set up and preparation, I.E. food and beverage ordering, catering, etc.
· Maintains security by following procedures, monitoring logbook, and issuing visitor badges.
· Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
· Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.
· Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
· Any other tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements
· In addition to relevant experience and secretarial/administrative knowledge, you will need to excel in the following:
· Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
· Excellent word processing and IT skills, including knowledge of a range of software packages.
· Aability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
· Good organizational and time management skills.
· Ability to research, digest, analyze and present material clearly and concisely.
· Excellent interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work on own initiative.
· Attention to detail.
· Flexibility and adaptability to juggle a range of different tasks and to work extra hours to meet deadlines.
· Honest, reliable and with high levels of discretion and an understanding of confidentiality issues.
Desirable:
· This area of work is open to all levels of academic qualifications,
· Receptionist experience – strong plus
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to maintain a pleasant and friendly working manner.
· Excellent time management skills and a high degree of flexibility.
· Ability to work efficiently and effectively with a high degree of attention to detail.
· High degree of proficiency with Microsoft Office with particular emphasis on Outlook email and calendar management systems, PowerPoint and Excel.
· A can do & problem-solving attitude.
