Position Summary:
Provides various office and location support activities. Identifies, enhances, and follows specific processes and procedures to maximize the efficiencies of the business to which the support is being provided; ensures the correct functioning of facilities, office, and/or business support services.
What you will do
* Heavy calendar management, consistently scheduling meetings, trying to find time that works for all attendees and meet meeting deadline
* Travel Reservations in Concur Travel System
* Expense Reporting in the Concur Expense System
* Onboarding of equipment, software, badges, seat assignments, etc. for new hires on a timely basis
* Monitoring, ordering , unpacking & stocking of office & kitchen supplies
* Ordering lunches for Executives, process expenses in Concur Expense report system
* Adhere to confidentiality
* Assist other Admins with group/large meetings and lunches
* Responsive to co-workers
* Reserve Conference Rooms in Reservation Hub online software
* Conduct research when needed
* Conducts routine complex administrative office coordination assuring smooth, timely, and efficient office operations for the department
* Draft emails
* Anticipate Executive needs
* Communication Liaison
For this role you will need Minimum Requirements
5+ years work experience
Working knowledge of problem solving and decision-making skills
Education
Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification.
