Job Details Location: Cody, Wyoming Employment: Full-Time Compensation: $55,000-$65,000 Annually, DOE What You’ll Be Doing as an Office Manager and Executive Assistant Provide high-level administrative and strategic support directly to the CEO Manage the CEO’s complex calendar, email, phone, and correspondence with precision and discretion Prepare professional meeting materials, agendas, technical documents, and track action items to completion Coordinate all domestic and international travel, logistics, itineraries, and expense reporting Oversee headquarters office operations: supplies, facility maintenance, vendors, and workspace organization (5S standards) Handle back‑office essentials: accounting (expense tracking & invoices), HR onboarding & records, and facilities coordination Track cross‑functional projects, leadership milestones, and process improvements across departments Act as the primary gatekeeper and proactive liaison, anticipating needs and flagging issues early Maintain absolute confidentiality with all sensitive and executive‑level information Ensure the Cody headquarters reflects Gunwerks’ premium brand through friction‑free daily operations Skills and Experience You’ll Need as an Office Manager and Executive Assistant 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or similar role supporting senior leadership Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and attention‑to‑detail skills Strong proficiency in spreadsheet, calendar management, and video conferencing tools Excellent written and verbal communication with a professional, confident presence High level of discretion, integrity, and ability to handle confidential information Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems independently Comfort working in a fast‑paced, technical/manufacturing environment (firearms/hunting industry experience a plus) Basic familiarity with accounting tasks, HR onboarding, and facilities coordination #J-18808-Ljbffr
