Regulatory/Educational Requirements:
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
- Prefer a four-year degree in a business management or healthcare administration related field of study.
- Prefer certification related to Executive Assistant. No licensure required
Language Skills:
- Able to communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing.
- Additional languages preferred.
Skills:
- Understanding initiatives that drive operational efficiency, service expansion, and revenue growth.
- Knowledge of hospital workflows, departmental operations, staffing models, and resource allocation.
- Familiarity with Lean methodology, quality improvement frameworks, and risk management practices.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for engaging staff, leadership, and stakeholders.
- Ability to lead, mentor, and inspire teams while fostering a positive work culture.
- Capacity to manage multiple initiatives and adapt to evolving operational needs.
- High degree of integrity, sound judgment, and timely decision-making with creative problem-solving.
- Expertise in managing complex, multi-layered schedules and priorities for multiple executives.
- Meticulous attention to detail in deadline management, project tracking, and organized systems.
- Strong foundation in business operations, project management, and basic financial concepts.
- Understanding of Southwest Health System goals and how departments function within the organization.
- Knowledge of efficient information flow, task management, and system development.
- Advanced proficiency in scheduling, presentation, virtual meeting, and project management software.
