About the Role We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Executive Administrative Assistant to provide high-level support to leadership and cross-functional teams. In this role, you'll be the operational backbone that keeps things running smoothly – managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings, supporting events, and ensuring leadership has what they need to move fast and stay focused. What You'll Be Doing Calendar & Meeting Management (50%) – Own executive calendars with a sharp eye for priorities, conflicts, and stakeholder availability Event Planning & Coordination (15%) – Support planning and execution of events, including vendor coordination and on‑site assistance Documentation & Data Management (15%) – Maintain accuracy and organization across reports, documents, and records Proactive Communication & Issue Resolution (10%) – Navigate sensitive situations with professionalism and keep the right people informed Administrative Support & Task Prioritization (10%) – Manage competing demands and adapt quickly as priorities shift What You Bring 3+ years of experience in administrative or executive support, with a focus on calendar management, meeting coordination, event planning, and logistics (required) Experience working directly with executive-level leaders and cross-functional teams (strongly preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills – you can handle sensitive situations, resolve conflicts, and build trust across all levels (required) A proven ability to manage competing priorities, stay accurate under pressure, and adapt when things change (required) Exceptional attention to detail (required) Proficiency in Microsoft Office/365 – particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (required) Familiarity with fast-paced corporate environments and organizational workflows (preferred) Bachelor's degree preferred, but equivalent professional experience in administrative support or a related field will absolutely be considered Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Goodlettsville, TN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
