- Position Requirements:
- Support services for the Institute of Allergy of Infectious Diseases
- Minimum Education: Associate's degree
- Certified Administrative Professional
- Field of Study: General Business
- Proficient in SharePoint and MS Office
- Skills: Meeting minutes/summary reports, executive level support, meeting coordination, calendaring, travel planning, data analysis
- Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate day-to-day office operations, including problem and conflict resolution
- Provide general support to campus visitors
- Maintain accurate tracking system of all activities
- Stay updated with current regulations, policies, and procedures
- Plan and complete special projects
- Arrange conferences and meetings, make travel arrangements, maintain schedules and calendars
- Coordinate meetings, seminars, workshops, schedule conference rooms
- Update shared calendars, schedule room and audio visual reservations
- Prepare agendas, handouts, and background materials for meetings
- Update databases and spreadsheets, create reports for management
- Develop and update spreadsheets for personnel, budget, and travel actions
- Monitor expenditures and develop budget proposals
- Maintain inventory and initiate purchase requests.
